How to Prepare Maggi Masala at Home

1. Begin by roasting the dry spices: cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, and asafoetida. Heat a small pan over medium heat and roast the spices until they release their aroma and become slightly golden. Be careful not to burn them.
