Step 2: Cleaning the Crawfish

1. Place the crawfish in a colander or strainer and rinse them under cold running water to remove any debris or dirt.

3. Using a sharp knife, cut the head off the crawfish. Be careful not to cut too deep, as the head contains the stomach and other organs.
