Step 1: Open Outlook and Access Signature Settings

First, open Microsoft Outlook on your computer. In the main Outlook window, click on the “File” tab located in the upper-left corner. From the dropdown menu, select “Options” to open the Outlook Options dialog box.

Step 2: Navigate to the Mail Section

In the Outlook Options dialog box, click on the “Mail” tab on the left-hand side. This tab will display various email-related settings.

Step 3: Click on “Signatures…

Within the Mail section, you will find a “Signatures…” button. Click on it to open the Signatures and Stationery dialog box.

Step 4: Select the Signature You Want to Edit

In the Insert Picture window, navigate to the location of the image you want to add. Select the image and click “Insert.” Once the image is inserted, you can adjust its size and position by clicking and dragging it within the signature preview area.

Step 7: Save and Close

After you have added and adjusted the picture to your satisfaction, click “OK” to save the changes. Then, click “OK” again in the Signatures and Stationery dialog box to close it. Finally, click “OK” in the Outlook Options dialog box to close that as well.

Step 8: Test Your Email Signature

To ensure that the picture has been added correctly, compose a new email and click on the signature dropdown menu. Your newly added picture should appear in the selected signature.
